OSA MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT:
2010 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ANNOUNCED
Again this year, OSA has announced a scholarship program for the employees of association member firms and their spouses and dependent children. The applicant or the applicant’s spouse, parent or guardian must have been employed by an OSA member firm for one year as of January 1, 2010.
This award can be used for any trade school, business school, or college or university. The scholarship recipients will be announced no later than May 1, 2010. Graduating seniors receiving the award will then be able to list this scholarship award at their graduation. There will be a formal recognition of the recipients during the OSA Scholarship Awards & Hall of Fame Banquet, August 13, 2010, to be held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Resort in Catoosa, OK. The scholarship checks will be awarded at that time.
Applications for OSA scholarships are available online on the OSA website. Go to www.oksa.org and click on the link titled “OSA Scholarship.” The deadline for receipt of scholarship applications in the OSA office is April 1, 2010.
