This was a joint project between Arrow Sign Company and Irwin Custom Signs in Stillwater. Arrow made the cabinet structure, open channel letters and neon. Irwin handled the cartoon character face (a flex face section with heat transfer graphics) and final installation. Stan Clarke's company provided the Joseppi character artwork. |
